If you are not using ebooks as one of your affiliate marketing armory then you could be leaving money on the table. Ebooks and affiliate marketing fit together like a hand in a glove. You do not need any particular special skills or software to write a brief ebook or report either. Just your experience of the product or service you wish to promote and the ability to type a little.
The traditional email marketing method is still valid though if you have noticed dwindling response rates then stepping it up a gear and giving your readers something extra can pay dividends. If you are going to promote a product or service to your mailing list or from your web site then writing a short review of that product or service based on your experience of using it can be a very powerful persuader and increase conversions.
After reading the above paragraph, ask yourself the question. Would you be inclined more to take any sort of action if you received a normal promotional type email or if you could download a review based on the personal experience of the promoter and read it at your leisure before deciding whether to purchase or not. The latter I'd wager because it carries much more weight because of the personal recommendation in a tangible format.
If you have had a positive experience of something which you now wish to promote to your list or from your web site strongly consider writing an unbiased review and using that for promotional purposes. Using your own words simply type as you find. Start with a brief overview of the product or service then go on to your experiences of it. What you liked, what you did not like, the results you experienced and so forth. Wrap it up with a conclusion and why you are recommending it to your readers or web site visitors. And do not forget to include your affiliate link so you get the commission if any of your readers or visitors make a purchase.

Then just make your pdf in to a zip file and you have your review ready to give to your subscribers via email or from your web site as a download. How easy is that.
